Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but your photography experience should be simple, organized, and stress-free. Here’s what you can expect after reaching out to Lopeman Photography:
1. Tell Me About Your Wedding
Fill out the inquiry form and share your wedding details, vision, and what matters most to you. I’ll review everything and reach out to learn more about your plans.
2. Let’s Make Sure We’re the Right Fit
We’ll connect and talk through your wedding day, photography style, timeline, and any questions you may have. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure I’m the right photographer to capture your day.
3. Reserve Your Wedding Date
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over your customized wedding agreement and invoice. Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the retainer has been paid.
4. Plan Every Detail Together
As your wedding day approaches, I’ll help you prepare by reviewing timelines, family photo lists, special requests, and important moments you want captured. My goal is to make sure everything runs smoothly so you can stay present and enjoy your day.
5. Relive Your Wedding Memories
After your wedding, I’ll carefully edit your images and videos to create a collection that tells the complete story of your day. You’ll receive sneak peeks shortly after your wedding, followed by your full gallery and keepsakes to enjoy for years to come.
